All products sold by Peptilion are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro scientific purposes only.

• Products are not for human consumption, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or household use.

• Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements.

• No product is approved by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory authority for human use.

• You represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or professional with the necessary knowledge and facilities to handle research compounds safely and lawfully.

• You assume full responsibility for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these materials.

• Peptilion provides no medical, health, or treatment advice. Any information on the website is for educational and research reference only.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of research chemicals/peptides:

• All sales are generally final.

• Returns or refunds are only considered in cases of shipping damage, incorrect product shipped, or verifiable quality issues (supported by Certificate of Analysis where applicable), and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

• Opened, used, or compromised products are not eligible for return.

• Any cancellation before shipment may be subject to a processing fee.

We strive to supply high-purity research materials (typically aiming for ≥98–99% purity where stated) with third-party testing and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available upon request or with products.

• Purity, identity, and quality claims are based on available testing data.

• Peptilion makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated.

8. Intellectual Property
